What “win” tells you
The descriptions establish that these medals are earned goals. They do not identify a specific Scout Leader, route, team requirement or reward, so do not assume an order from the names alone.
Gaia’s Hero is a separate unknown
Gaia’s Hero appears as another Steam achievement, but its public description is blank. It is therefore tracked separately rather than presented as an eighth medal or a guaranteed post-medal reward.

Missing the Fire Medal after winning later medals?
Patch 9.0.78 fixes the Fire Medal failing to spawn or respawn after later medals were already earned. Update before replaying progression or restarting a save for this symptom.
Losing the Soot Medal to Adventurer?
Patch 9.0.84 fixes Adventurer taking the Soot Medal and also fixes Adventurer-related Stackmon loss. Update before repeating the mission or changing the save.
