Update before diagnosing repeated pack clicks
Full-release patch 9.0.69 lists two pack fixes: a null reference when clicking packs and mouse-click timing when opening them. If a pack needs repeated clicks, first confirm that Steam has installed 9.0.69 or a newer patch. If it still happens, preserve the save and report the exact repeatable steps instead of deleting local data.
Update for the latest PackStore and HUB pack fixes
Patch 9.0.81 prevents another PackStore null-reference error and adjusts HUB pack balance. Install 9.0.81 or newer before reporting a pack-store crash, and use the current pack details rather than an older price or pool.
Update if Blacksmith Packs keep generating
Patch 9.0.85 fixes Infinite Blacksmith Packs. Install that patch or newer before repeating the interaction or spending more resources on a workaround.
Why there is no odds table
The public game information does not give odds, duplicate protection or a rarity distribution. A percentage copied from an anecdote could be wrong after the next patch, so check only the live pack details.
A practical spending boundary
Use the live price and visible contents in your current build, then decide whether a pack helps the collection goal you are pursuing. The achievement count alone is not proof that buying packs early is optimal.
